 How much does Managed Services Cost ?

The cost of Managed Services varies depending upon the existing Service Agreement with Techgyan. The Service is offered to different kinds of Customers:

a) Customers having an existing Facilities Management Contract with Techgyan

Typically in this case , Managed Service is offered as a bundled Service since it essentially helps Techgyan to reduce cost of operation and improve Service Level

b) Customers who have their own in house IT or an existing Service Provider

In this case , the cost is determined on the basis of number of Desktops, Servers and Network devices to be monitored. Techgyan will monitor the devices and submit report to the Customer who will then take further action.

c) Technology Service Provider who wishes to offer Managed Services to his Customer
